This project has a cool backstory: the original destination of the design was a bar back wall, 4×1 meters large. I was so pumped to create the wildest fantasy jungle, got inspiration from all nature kingdoms possible, produced a tiny hand drawn outline paper copy,
scanned it and went over it in layers & layers in photoshop, in maximum size & detail, exploring palettes & variations…
It never got on that bar wall. The bar owner suggested I just copy other person’s work. I never did. My work was never paid. And I was left with an illustration I was really proud of that would never be seen or used.
